What the...

I took 40 minutes to reach home today. 40 minutes. I drove for 40 minutes in heavy traffic and the blistering heat. I took 40 minutes to travel a distance of 2.5 kilometres, and never once did I manage to get to the 3rd gear. And as if that wasn't unpleasant enough, I was surrounded throughout by Dhoom-enabled motorcycles and cars playing, "Aririrarara, aririrararu, aririrararo, aririrarari, Jaast Loveme. Jaaast Loveme."
I reached home, and I switched on the telly, and what did I see? 'King of Queens'. Not 'That 70's Show'. 'King of Queens'. A show about a fat man in brown shorts. Just what a guy needs after a long day.

And life, in the meantime, continues to get worse.

No anonymous, my car does not have an A/C. Thank you very much for rubbing it in.
Ménk, what I find strange is that for someone who has not once seen me driving, you seem to be pretty confident about your assessment of my abilities.

Its pretty clear that none of you people have driven anywhere near patel nagar or karol bagh, calling, as you do, the hauz-khas area as jam-packed.
And menk.. good point .

That does it. I'm fed up of all the skeptics who haven't even seen me drive.

You and me, Aseem. Right here. Right now.

'Dhoom enabled'.. hmm....where have we read that before? Plagiarist!!

I wholeheartedly agree with Menk.. Manu.. like I've said before, you probably don't know which gear you're on even after staring at the gearbox.
Adios

Rishi, Dhoom-enabled is a well known phrase used commonly in everyday language.
Still, if it makes you feel better, I shall declare here that I came across it during one of our not-so-recent conversations.

And as far as differentiating between gears is concerned, you must remember that I did not, at any point of time in the past, take driving lessons from Satija. I, therefore, do not face the same problems as you do.

That said, it's good to see you back on this blog. Keep commenting.

Very true, King of Queens stands nowhere in comparision to That 70's Show, and it should have never been given the time slot after Simpsons...

Btw, does'nt your car have an AC?
